How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are usually processed within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed.

For high-demand items, promotional items, pre-sale items, or products that require additional preparation, processing may take an additional 3–5 business days.

Orders are not usually processed on weekends or public holidays.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated shipping time is usually 7–14 business days after the order has been shipped.

Shipping time may vary depending on your destination country or region, customs clearance, public holidays, weather conditions, carrier delays, and high order volume.

Please note that order processing time and shipping time are separate. The total delivery time includes both processing and shipping.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping promotions may be available from time to time depending on the current website campaign.

If your order qualifies for free shipping, the shipping discount will be shown automatically at checkout or according to the promotion rules displayed on our website.

Some special, oversized, limited, or promotional items may be excluded from free shipping offers.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available.

Tracking updates may take a few business days to appear after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

What should I do if my package is delayed?

Delivery may be delayed due to customs inspection, public holidays, weather conditions, carrier delays, high order volume, or other situations beyond our control.

What should I do if my package is lost?

We will help investigate the shipment with the carrier. Depending on the result of the investigation, we may offer a replacement, resend the order, or provide another suitable solution.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If the order has not been shipped, we will try our best to update the address. If the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

AUOTHREAD is not responsible for delivery failure, return, or loss caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply if the package needs to be resent.

How do I cancel an order?

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at email@auothread.com.

If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will try our best to cancel it. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it may need to be handled as a return after delivery.

What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 14 days after delivery if the item meets our return conditions.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in the same condition as received, and returned with original tags, labels, and packaging attached.

Items with stains, odors, makeup marks, perfume, pet hair, removed tags, or signs of wear may not be accepted for return.

Please do not send items back before contacting us. Return addresses may vary depending on your location and order details. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return address and return instructions by email.

Who pays for return shipping?

For returns due to personal reasons, such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong size, ordering the wrong color, or no longer wanting the item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the return is caused by our error, such as a damaged item, defective item, incorrect item, or missing item, we will help resolve the issue and may cover the replacement or return shipping cost depending on the situation.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us at email@auothread.com within 7 days after delivery.

Please include your order number, clear photos or videos of the issue, photos of the outer packaging and product packaging, and a description of the problem.

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, exchange, partial refund, full refund, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.

Can I exchange an item for another size or color?

If you need to exchange an item for another size, color, or style, please contact us first at email@auothread.com.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and the condition of the returned item. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or another suitable solution.

Return shipping costs for size, color, or personal preference exchanges are usually the customer’s responsibility unless the issue was caused by our error.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping fees, return shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and payment provider fees may not be refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

Will the product color look exactly like the photos?

We try our best to display product colors as accurately as possible.

However, slight color differences may occur due to lighting, photography conditions, screen settings, or device display differences.

These small differences are not considered defects.
